Home Again
THE STORY
We all crave freedom and independence. Yet, in the end, we're all drawn back to the safety and comfort of family. When we're young, all we dream of and look forward to is being out on our own someday. Free of others rules. Independent. Then, as we mature, we all long for those feelings of love, security, safety and home we had as children. The safety and comfort of: home, our family, the place where we grew up. These feelings advance as our parents get older and we begin to lose people that we're close to.

When we're young
We all dream
To be free of our home
Those early days
We know life starts
Outside our door
But we find in passing time
Our wisdom grows
As we know less and less
Home again
is where I want to be
Got to find my way home
Home again
In childhood memories
Wont you take me back home
We all learn
Pretty quickly
When you're free, you're alone
Transition days
we miss our life
inside those doors
Looking back on that lost time
It's clear to see
The joy we had before
Home again
is where I want to be
Got to find my way home
Home again
In childhood memories
Wont you take me back home
Oh those younger days
Saw things just my way
Miss what I wouldn't see
Right in front of me
Now my older mind
Shows me that bright time
Home with family
fills my life
